How is Mosaic Charged for? Why do you have Slots and not Projects?
Mosaic Pricing is based on the number of Projects and Storage capacity that you are using.
Commercial projects by their nature are larger, more complex, last longer and have more users accessing data more often than Domestic projects. For this reason Mosaic determines a Commercial Project takes up twice the allowance a Domestic Project does.
Additional Projects can be added to any Plan, for a monthly additional fee per Project, depending on the Plan you are subscribed to.
We have set out the plans accordingly:
FREE
Our Free Plan includes 2 Project Slots, giving you 1 Free Commercial Project or 2 Domestic Projects
1GB of online File Storage
Unlimited Collaborators
All Mosaic Features like PCI Builder, H&S File Builder and Risk Register wizard
Task Manager with a limit on the number of tasks you can have open at any one time
STARTER
The Starter Plan costs £29 per month (+VAT) and includes
4 Project slots, which gives you 2 Commercial Projects or up to 4 Domestic Projects and
10GB of File Storage
All Features included in the Free Plan, plus;
Add your Logo to reports and the Project Dashboard
Basic App Support ask our team for support via the chat function during business hours
Task Manager for an additional £10+VAT/month
Additional Projects can be added for £12+VAT/month per Project
PREMIUM
The Premium Plan costs £199 per month (+VAT) and includes
20 Project slots, which gives you 10 Commercial Projects or up to 20 Domestic Projects
50GB of File Storage
All Features included in the Starter Plan, plus;
Task Manager included in your plan
Premium PD Support, ask our PD experts for Advice any time, via appointment
Premium App Support, ask our App experts for guidance and tutorials any time
Additional Projects can be added for £10+VAT/month per Project

You can upgrade plans at any time, which will change your billing date to the date you change your plan. Changes will be applied for you to take advantage of straight away.
Downgrading plans will take place at the end of your current billing period.
Changing from Monthly to Annual is straightforward, we will end your monthly plan immediately and your new Annual Plan will start from the date you subscribe to the new plan. We will even credit you for the days of the current month you have used and paid for via your Monthly subscription.
Changing from Annual to Monthly is straightforward as we do it at the end of your Annual billing period.
